Brighter Minds® is a globally recognised Heartfulness Education Initiative based on the science of Neuroplasticity. It is designed to strengthen cognitive abilities, activate whole-brain learning and nurture intellectual, emotional and social development through experiential learning.
As a Certified Brighter Minds Franchise & Facilitator, I offer all three Brighter Minds programmes through Transformatrix – The Soul Studio, creating engaging learning experiences that help participants discover and develop their natural potential.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with 900+ children and adults, .guiding them through Brighter Minds.

Brighter Minds is built on the science of neuroplasticity, using a unique blend of movement, sound, relaxation and interactive activities to stimulate whole-brain development. The programmes strengthen observation, concentration, memory, creativity, intuition and emotional wellbeing, helping participants become more confident learners and thinkers.
Rather than focusing only on academic performance, Brighter Minds develops the cognitive abilities that support learning for life.

Alpha
Building a Strong Foundation for Lifelong Learning
Age Group: 5–15 Years
Alpha is the foundational Brighter Minds programme designed for children during the years when the brain is highly adaptable. Through carefully designed physical, cognitive and relaxation activities, children strengthen the connection between both hemispheres of the brain while developing observation, concentration, creativity, intuition, confidence and joyful learning habits.

Alpha Plus
Hone. Heighten. Harness.
For Alpha Graduates
Alpha Plus is the next step for children who have completed the Alpha Programme. It introduces advanced brain exercises, memory techniques, creative thinking and intuitive learning practices that help participants organise information more effectively, improve recall and expand their creative potential.

RESTART
Restart Your Mind. Rediscover Your Potential.
Age Group: 35 Years & Above
RESTART is a cognitive fitness programme designed for adults who wish to keep their brains active, adaptable and resilient. Through a thoughtfully designed combination of brain exercises, movement, meditation, nutrition, creativity and lifestyle practices, participants strengthen memory, attention, problem-solving, creativity and overall cognitive wellbeing.
